A presentation by default includes all images that are in the image group used to create the presentation. When a new image is added to the group, it will automatically be added to the presentation options.
To remove an image from a presentation:
Select the image to remove by clicking on it in the Presentation Editor.

Click the Cut Button from the bottom of the Presentation Editor.

If an image is used more than once in the same presentation, Insight will delete all the selected image, if the image only occurs once, then Insight will grey-out the image and it will be inactive in the presentation.

The selected image will be greyed-out in the Presentation Editor and will not appear in the presentation.
