A keyword search will locate terms that appear anywhere in the collection data. For example, a Keyword search on the value Print will return results where the value Print occurs anywhere in the data.
Select Search from the main menu.
Click By Keyword.
Enter Keyword term into the text box.
Click Search.

Add multiple values to restrict a search, for example, enter “print italian” in the text box below:

Results from the keyword search containing the multiple values “Print” and “Italian” will provide works containing either term.

Keyword searches also allow you to perform wildcard matches. Wildcard matches can be performed by using an * at the end of a word.
In addition to simple keyword searches, users can also perform complex searches combining both keywords and data fields using the advanced features of the by data fields search option.
The features of broadening and narrowing a search and creating combined data fields and keyword searches are only available within the by data fields search option.
