Each data entity form opens in resizable, moveable, and scrollable windows. Multiple data editing windows may be open at once, and each may be arranged according to your preference. You can name, save, and return to your preferred layouts of windows in subsequent sessions.
Open Records - These are the data input forms which Luna provides that you can edit or create (as an administrator). Records and fields can change depending on the object that you are viewing and manipulating. Some examples of records are Map Records and Art Records.
Save Window Layout - Saves your favorite window layouts for later use. In order to save your window layout, you must provide a name for your layout so that it can be retrieved later. Use Load Window Layout to load a favorite layout.
Load Window Layout - Select an available window layout for use. Use Save Window Layout to save your favorite window layout(s).
Import Records - Select a file from a directory of your choice to import records into InScribe.
Print a record - Prints the record of your selected image (image that you highlighted).
Exit - Exits you out of the InScribe data editor.
Note: To export a selected record, go to Selection View tab, and right click on your selected object, and choose Export Selected Record to export the file(s) to another directory of your choice.
