Design a Simple Presentation
Create a
new image group or open an existing Image
Group.
Select Group from
the main menu options in the Group Workspace
and then select Create Presentation.

The Image Workspace window will open with the
Presentation Editor open in
the left side of the Image Workspace. All of the images in the Group will
appear in the Presentation Editor window. The
number in the lower left corner of each image indicates the display order
of the images in the presentation.

3. Arrange an order for the images in the presentation.
a) Select
the image to move by clicking on it in the Presentation
Editor (when an image is selected, it will highlight with a white
border).

b) Click
and drag the image to the desired position within the sequence. The
image at the destination will highlight when it is safe to release the
mouse.

c) The
image will then appear in its new position and the image previously in
that location will be moved one position to the right.

4. Name and Save the presentation.
a) Select
the Save and Close button from the bottom of the Presentation Editor.

b) Name
the Presentation: Enter
a name for the presentation. Then click the Save
button.

c) Save
the Group. Return
to the Group Workspace and Select
File from the menu options, and then select
Save Group.

Note:
Positioning
of images on the screen may vary slightly if the display resolution used
for creating a presentation is different than the display resolution used
for showing a presentation. Insight
will dynamically resize images to approximate a different display resolution
screen used for playback. But
if the resolution of a projector or screen for playback is known, it is
best to create the presentation at the same resolution at which it will
be shown.
