Specifying Thumbnail and Sort Field Settings for your Personal Collection

Collection entries in the Group Workspace will be labeled by four fields of your choosing (selected from available fields), and will appear in the order you choose (you select the sorting fields).

Thumbnail Fields

Choose the fields you want to appear as labels beneath the thumbnail in the Insight Group Workspace.  You must choose at least one field, you may choose up to four.  

Sort Fields

Choose the sort order for your collection in the Insight Group Workspace.  You must choose at least one field, you may choose up to four.

NOTE: It is not necessary that Thumbnail Fields and Sort Fields match.
