Data shows the descriptive information about the currently selected image. To use this function, first select an image from the Group Workspace for which you would like to view the data. Then click on Data from the main menu. Select either the Information or File Data tab. The descriptive data for either the image or file (record), as well as the thumbnail image will appear in the Image Workspace. See examples below:
