The Image Workspace is a vital part of Insight. It is in the Image Workspace where you can manipulate an image. If you work with multiple images, they will be opened in multiple Image Workspaces since there is only one image allowed per Image Workspace.
You can use the Image Workspace Tool to access your images. The tool enables you to select an image, close a selected image, zoom in, zoom out of an image, view descriptive data, maximize and minimize an image, print an image, access the online help, view and pan the currently selected image, return to group window, or to minimize and restore the Image Workspace Tool. When you move your cursor over each icon on the Image Workspace Tool, you will see tool tips for each function.
How to Get to the Image Workspace
Double click on any thumbnail image in the Group Workspace to move it to the Image Workspace.
You can open multiple instances of the Image Workspace at one time. For example, you can double-click on a vase and it will enter into an Image Workspace and then you can double-click on a painting and it will appear in another Image Workspace. These two items will not appear in one Image Workspace as in the JVA version.
