The Data option shows the descriptive information about the currently selected image (Information tab), as well as data regarding the file record (select File Data tab). The descriptive data, as well as the thumbnail image appears on the left side of the Group Workspace.
For example, information regarding the image can consist of the Date:

Country: USA, Object Height: 62 cm, Object Width: 85 cm,

File Data can consist of the Image ID: 10056, Resolution Size: 7, Format: SID, Media Type: Image, File Name: 3886000.Sid, Width: 10309, Height: 7537.
