The File functions are:
Open Collection - Provides a list of available collections. Clicking on a collection name provides a brief summary of the collection and an optional link to an expanded description at the bottom of the list of collections. Click on a collection's name that you would like to view and click Select to open it. One or multiple collections can be opened together by clicking the box to the left of each collection. Insight will open all the collections you selected in the same Group Workspace. Choose Cancel if you do not want to view the existing collection.
Open Group - Gives you all available image Groups in your collection and shows you where they reside in your directory tree. Double-clicking on an image Group opens the image(s) in the Group Workspace.
New Group - Opens an empty image group in the Group Workspace where you can drag selected images into, and save as a new image group.
Save Group - Saves any changes to the current (highlighted) group that you have created.
Save Group As - Rename or name a group before saving. If you have an existing group open and then select Save Group As, Insight will make a new copy of the group and leave the original unchanged.
Save Results As - This feature is only active if there are results available from a search. Then, you can select this option to save the results that you want to save.
Delete Group - Allows users with the proper user privileges to delete image groups. Contact your systems administrator about authorization to delete groups.
Export Selected- Exports selected images as .jpg files at various resolutions. Export Selected is privileged based, as is the resolution level at which you can export. Contact your systems administrator about obtaining export privileges.
Export Presentation - You will only see this feature if you have an existing presentation. Exports a presentation to a destination of your choice as an html file. You also have the ability to select a resolution for exporting your presentation. After the presentation has been exported, Insight enables you to immediately test your presentation by opening it in your active browser.
