All Insight's functions for finding, displaying, and using images begin within the Group Workspace.
The Group Workspace enables you to make and save groups, perform sorts and searches, print out images, view data as well as many other useful functions. In the Group Workspace the user will find the first 50 images from the collection partitioned on the right side of the screen in the Group Window. To the left of the images the user will find the Main Menu of options for Insight.
The main menu options include File, Edit, Group, Data, Search, Print, Return, Help and Exit.
To change the number of thumbnail images that display per page you can click on the pull down menu at the bottom right of the Group Workspace screen. The number is set at 50, and you have the option to change it to 50, 100 or 250.
Also, you can click within the Group Workspace and get a pop-up menu of the most frequently used features. This is a shortcut method to access and manipulate the images in your collection.
