Play and View a Presentation

To play your presentation you can do one of two things:

Select Group, click on a Presentation, then select Play Presentation from the main menu; or

double-click on the Presentation icon . to bring up all your presentations. Select a presentation by double-clicking on it and it will take you to the Image Workspace.

To view the presentation, use the Presentation Remote Tool. You can go forward, backward, stop the presentation, as well as perform other functions on the remote. To stop the presentation, click the Circle on the remote. Your presentation will pause and the image you are viewing will become smaller. To reactivate the presentation, select one of the arrows on the remote; your presentation will begin where you left off.

You can also minimize the Presentation Remote and use your arrow keys on your keyboard to advance forward or backward through your presentation.

Use the Image Workspace Tool for zooming into the object, zooming out of the object, viewing the object’s data as well as other useful functions. If you change an image using the Presentation Tool, without saving it, and then come back to that same image later, the image will appear as it was originally saved when you created the presentation.
When you have completed viewing your presentation, you can close the presentation by selecting the Close Image button on the Image Workspace Tool. Select the Return to Group Window arrow to return to the Group Workspace. Your presentation will still be in the Group Workspace.
