Collection Properties provide the quickest way for users to find your collection in a list of available collections. The Collection Name appears in the list itself. When the Collection Name is highlighted by the user, the Brief Description will appear in the box adjacent to the list.
Enter the name of the Personal Insight Collection. This name is how your collection will be identified:
In lists when users are selecting a collection to open
At the top of the Group Workspace when the collection is open
As the top label for each of your media thumbnails in the Group Workspace when multiple collections are open
Enter a short description or copyright statement about the content in the collection. This description will appear when users highlight your collection while using the file | open collection menu function. The description may be up to 255 characters in length.
