A new addition to the Insight software suite, Inscribe allows users to catalog descriptive metadata about the images, audio, and video files in Insight. Inscribe works over the Internet to support distributed cataloging environments, with workflow support and extensive levels of cataloger privileges. Inscribe's customizable data entry forms can support a wide range of cataloging requirements and metadata schemas, and provides productivity tools like optional support for local and published vocabularies (AAT, TGN). Inscribe offers superior media display tools for cataloging directly from the digital image, and for linking images with data records.
